This flower embroidery is made with variegated thread and applique using netting, organza, silk and cotton. The flowers are inspired by the Duke of Marlborough's cabinet, displayed at the Holburne Museum in Bath, UK. The embroidery has a ruffle made with white netting. The artwork is mounted on a handmade wooden frame and has a red velvet backing.
